Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- You can achieve growth and exceed sales targets by managing the sales team well.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its survival.
- You personally hire, set goals for, mentor, and assess sales representatives' performance.
- You can build and preserve long-lasting relationships with your customers by cooperating and learning about their needs.
- Reports on sales, revenue, and expenses should be given to the management team along with precise projections.
- Analyze the current market and any emerging markets.
- Organize, oversee, and assess the sales departments' operations in retail, wholesale, commercial, and industrial settings, among others.
- Set up divisional and regional sales operations.
- Establish organizational guidelines for sales policies and procedures.
- Analyze the strategic planning for the new product lines.
- Oversee the sales team's relationship-building with corporate clients and oversee the negotiation of sales contracts.
- Hire, arrange, develop, and oversee personnel
