The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. The Corporate Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to offer customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.
