The client is looking for Territory Manager (Corporate Sales) for Delhi/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ Ahmedabad locations

EXPERIENCE : 2- 4 years in corporate sales / Business Development ( Concept Sales/ B2B)

Key Accounts : Clients & Customers
JOB PURPOSE :
- Business development / Corporate sales for HR Solutions / contractual; staffing solutions,client networking.
KRAs :
1) Roles and Responsibilities in Current Job :
- Achieve Corporate customer acquisition in the defined vertical or named accounts
- Achieving Revenue and Collection targets from the set of corporate accounts as per AOP
- To act as a bridge between the organization and the client
- To nurture / develop a relationship between the client and the organization for mutual benefit
- To increase market share.
- Account Coverage and Account Management on a National Basis with select industry clients.
- Meeting Targets as per the productivity norms set by Head Sales.
- Relationship Development Building with the assigned Corporate.
- Developing Enterprise Account based strategy i.e. understanding the existing telecom solutions and proposing solutions to maximize share of business.
KRA's
- Focus on client acquisition of new customers across India, Client acquisition for seeling HR Solutions / Manpower / staffing solutions to corporates in the designated region/ Area
- Make proposals, RFP's and PPT's & Negotiate Deals
- Sud have a strong connect with key stakeholders/ CHRO's/ CFO's
- Work closely with the department head/ Mgr to ensure client delivery/ satisfaction
- Strong sales / client acquisition experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Willingness to Travel across Indian cities
Required Skills / Special Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent professional degree
- Professional marketing experience
- Out of the Box thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time - to deliver results on time and under budget.
- Be the brand ambassador of the organization in the industry.
- Understand the business, market needs and the competitive environment of the client.
- Based on the understanding of the needs of the client as well as that of the organization to develop the right strategy that will help increase market share.
- Help build the relationship with the customer by helping the customer get the best customized solutions/he can get
