Job Role Vision

Company Overview:

Job Summary:-

- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the tourism and hospitality industry, with a proven track record of working closely with hoteliers and tour agents.


- This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of 10 sales representatives to drive growth and establish long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market presence

Create and oversee sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.

Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitors.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with hoteliers, tour agents, and other tourism stakeholders to drive bookings and partnership opportunities.

Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with the hospitality industry, especially within the Rishikesh region.

Represent Thrill Factory at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings with business partners to promote offerings.

3. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 salespeople, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and challenges.

Foster a positive and results-oriented work culture within the sales team.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

Oversee sales processes to ensure efficient and effective client management and service delivery.

Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and team performance metrics.

Analyze and report on sales results, adjusting strategies and approaches as needed.

5. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client

inquiries promptly.

Develop a customer feedback process to gather insights and continually improve Thrill Factorys offerings.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the tourism or hospitality industry.

Proven experience in dealing with hoteliers, tour operators, and other tourism service providers.

Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing a team of at least 10

people.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
