Manager - Corporate Sales - HORECA (5-8 yrs)
Position Overview:
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in our sales operations within the HORECA sector. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively promoting our comprehensive range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives within the HORECA segment.
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with key clients in the hospitality and catering industry, ensuring that their unique needs are met at the highest level.
- Understand and anticipate client requirements across tableware, kitchenware, furniture & fixtures, in-room amenities, F&B supplies, kitchen equipment, banquet solutions, housekeeping essentials, and front office products.
- Establish and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting systems to monitor progress and adapt strategies as required.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and execute successful marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across a wide range of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust strategies effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives, offering training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the HORECA industry with a deep understanding of tableware, kitchenware, furniture & fixtures, and related products.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets, resulting in revenue growth.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of tableware, kitchenware, furniture & fixtures, in-room amenities, F&B supplies, kitchen equipment, banquet solutions, housekeeping essentials, and front office products and their relevance to the HORECA industry.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Location:
We are currently looking for Corporate Sales Managers to join our team in Mumbai, Delhi, NCR, and Jaipur. Candidates based in these locations are preferred.
