About the role :
- Great salespeople are relationship builders and trusted advisors. They need to help the customers win the market.
- You will be the face of Organization Labs in front of our partners
- You will have to get a sound understanding of our client accounts, their needs and how they operate and build a game plan to maximize wallet share
- You will coordinate with stakeholders, internal and external, to get the job done
- Build the sales pipeline in your assigned territory. Identify corporates and large organizations that have large-scale requirements for diagnostic testing
- Be the first line of defense, identify bugs and escalate to the concerned team.
- Achieving the targets in a high-performance-driven competitive environment.
- Well-versed in objection handling and managing different situations
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team's performance
Experience and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role selling to Senior HR leaders, CXO, Directors etc.
- Prior experience in Healthcare working in Corporate Sales or partnerships with strong industry connects
- Experience in Diagnostics will be an added advantage
- High customer empathy
- Strong problem solver, can hustle to unblock customers
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Strong adherence to SLAs and processes
