Job Description :
- Set up and aligned meetings with senior stakeholders to assess their insurance requirements at the corporate level.
- Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers within companies.
- Develop, maintain, and retain excellent relationships with clients throughout the year.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients and their needs, creating and managing the sales funnel, pipeline, and prospects.
- Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of products.
- Forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue.
- Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks, and implement best practices.
- Work effectively both as an individual contributor and within a team.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian corporations, MNC Corporations, etc.
Required Skills :
- Should be from Mumbai or a nearby location with knowledge of the Mumbai Market.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
