Manager - Corporate Sales - BFSI (6-8 yrs)
- Providing risk advisory and consultancy service to mitigate the risk and accordingly arranging insurance cover for unavoidable risks of multinational and local clients
- Getting new business from the market via various sales channel like networking from pre-sales team, Placement team and insurance companies, cold calling, competitors analysis etc
- Expanding new business from current clients to sell different insurance cover/risk in EB and non-EB portfolio
- Arranging health cover, term life and personal accident cover for new and expanded business
- Involves extensive travelling to clients premise, giving presentation, building relationship to convert the prospect client into new client for the company
- Experience of various Insurance verticals like Property, Marine, Burglary, Liability, Employee health & benefits, Infrastructure etc. (65% Employee Benefits, 25% Property, 10% Marine and Fire)
- Liaison with Insurance companies to get better quotes from market and accordingly providing best terms to the client
- Resolving claims issue from TPA and insurance companies to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Getting new business from the markets, expanded existing client's portfolio and renewal of expiring policy to increase revenue of the company
- Process designing to Increase efficiency and reduce cost of operations
- Preparing MIS and dashboard to measure quality and monitor performance of employees
