Location : Chennai (Need to handle Tamilndau & Kerala)
Job Description :
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
1. Aggressively acquire PSU, MNC,Private Sector Accounts on Fund Business; Gratuity, Superannuation, Leave Encashment, PRMS and Employee Welfare Funds.
2. Ensure weekly Employee Benefit Proposition presentation to the trustees amongst all categories of clients.
3. Synergize with assigned EB Brokers & acquire or renew large Group Term Life accounts which have claims experience of < 90% & possibility to generate profit each year.
4. Retain and grow the existing AUM asper the accounts assigned.
5. Provide Consultative Selling Solutions & engage with CXO/ Decision Makers to consider ahead of other Insurers.
6. Ensure strict adherence of Sales Management Processes & Activity Management in salesforce.com system.
7. Ensure 100% prompt client servicing on Statements, Endorsements & any other client updates.
8. Track Capital Markets/ Investment Strategy to ensure a suitable ROI to clients on Unit Linked/ Traditional Funds in line with competition.
9. Ensure 100% Compliant Business in high competitive space.

- Strong analytical skills & proficiency in MS Office to provide analytics & presentations enabling the Senior Management to take decisions.
- Strong problem solving & structured approach to work.
- Emotionally balanced and mature to handle pressure & build relationships.

- Account Management with clear focus on Sales Force.
