Manager - Corporate Sales/B2B Sales - SaaS (1-2 yrs)

Opening of Corporate Sales Manager (B2B, SAAS) product.

Our client is having mobile application based platform which aims to plug all pain points around car ownership for consumers and corporations alike. It has up to 12 competent features, and more in development for its consumers, and is on a roadmap to digitise parking for Corporates, Malls and Apartment complexes across the country. Our illustrious corporate clientbase includes Worldmark (Aerocity), Amazon, CRED, Airtel, Select City walk etc.

Review Criteria :

- Strong Senior Corporate Sales Executive/Lead/Head Manager Profile

- Mandatory (Experience 1) - 2+ YOE in B2B Corporate Sale/Field sales

- Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have worked for 1+ years in same company

- Mandatory (Target Company) - B2B

Note - This role requires client visits.

Note - For Hyderabad Location only Hyderabad Candidates

Note - For Delhi Location only Delhi Candidates

Roles and responsibilities :-

Establish Sales Network :

- Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities/Zones) in the region to drive the business targets of the region.

- Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) in your city/region to enable growth and revenue objectives.

- Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive corporate acquisition - creating revenue generating partners.

Operational Efficiencies :

- Build, track and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.

- Achievement of sales within Commercial Complex, Corporate & Partners.

- Monitoring performance through input KPIs on daily basis.

- Coordinate for site installations between customer and cross-functional teams.

Customer Focus :

- Understand customer requirements and articulate problem statement so as to help pitch/ build the right product.

- Develop a deep and long-standing relationship with KDMs within customer portfolio to maximise life-cycle value.

- Build a pipeline for upsell and cross-sell to existing accounts.

Job Specific Criteria :

- CV Attachment is mandatory

- Do you have experience visiting B2B clients' offices for Sales? If yes, Please explain in detail.

Ideal Candidate :

- Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate sales.

- A flare for problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

- Proven track record of owning responsibility and scaling up teams.

- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).

- Ability to work as an individual contributor and drive sales strategy for the team.

- Start up experience is a plus.
