Corporate Agency Manager
- Agency managers supervise and coordinate all aspects of an agency. They work with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Sales of Life insurance through the agency model.
- Recruit & train the agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis and maintain records of the same in a planned manner.
