Brief description :
The Primary responsibility of the Corporate Sales Manager / Executive is Identifying Key Corporates / Institutional / Pharma / Construction & other large companies to Understand their marketing strategy & requirements and project Innovative products by conceptualizing ideas to full filer buyer / their Gifting requirements.
Job Description / Responsibilities :
- Conceptualizing& Implementing competitive strategies for Generating Sales, Developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets of the region.
- Ensuring successful accomplishments of set business targets;
- Identifying Prospective corporate clients,
- Generating business from New Accounts & developing them to achieve profitability
- Meeting on daily basis with clients in Corporates in various departments like Marketing Team, Procurement Team, HR Team & Admin Departments
- New client acquisition and work on leads
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products- pitch according to their specifications
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients
- Fulfilment of Sales quota annually via New Sales acquisition
- Give business presentations to senior management team
- To map potential sectors
- Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth
- Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
Knowledge and Skills required :
- He / She will be a self-starter with ample supplies of energy, enthusiasm and ideas. Applicants must have proven experience in sales, preferably in Corporate Sales / institutional sales and must be comfortable selling to senior decision-makers in large multi-national companies.
- Computer Skills is Must
- Very Good Communication Skills with Convincing ability
- Prior experience of Product selling and marketing in corporate Sales only.
- Corporate Gifting Category business would be preferable
Educational Level :
- Graduation: Any specialization (preferably an MBA)
Working Experience :
- Must have: 4 to 6 years of Corporate Sales experience in product selling.
- Location: Bangalore HO
Reporting to: Sales Head
Max CTC : 8 LPA
