Job Summary:
The Corporate Salary Officer is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients for salary account services. This role involves building relationships with corporate HR teams, ensuring smooth salary processing, and cross-selling banking products to corporate employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage corporate clients for salary account services.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and salary credit processing for corporate employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate HR and finance teams.
- Cross-sell banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Conduct corporate engagement activities to promote banking services.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (BFSI sector preferred).
- Bachelor's degree (Mandatory).
- 1-2 years of sales experience (BFSI sector preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage corporate clients and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products and payroll processes.
