Manager - Corporate Salary (11-14 yrs)
Reports to: Salary Product Head
Positions Reporting to Role: NA
Products to be handled: Salary product/business
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Key Corporate acquisitions for sourcing new Salary accounts by leveraging on existing corporates of internal groups of the bank.
- Driving high potential corporate empanelment to improve overall quality of the Bank's salary portfolio through synergy within the Bank/Group Companies and from the open market (New to the Bank/New to Salary Business with the Bank).
- Relationship Management of existing corporates to strengthen salary customer acquisition, increase geographic spread, acquiring group companies, cross-sell etc.
- Co-ordination with the internal groups to ensure synergy drive & providing support to serve the corporate requirement.
- Co-ordination with Regional/Zonal Salary teams to ensure completion of corporate empanelment procedure, account opening, Salary Upload/ funding etc. to drive CASA target.
- Corporate visits for Scoping, New Acquisition, Presentation, Understanding Corporate/Customer requirement & product offers, Relationship Management etc.
- Study market opportunities and competitions- offering to share the feedback with respective teams for enhancing products strategy and approach.
Deliverables:
- Number & Value target achievement of new corporate acquisition, Salary account opening, CASA and other parameters
- Managing Key corporate acquisitions for the Salary Business
- Liaising with various stakeholders at client end & internal stakeholders to in order to ensure query resolution such as existing/new product offering, operational issues etc.
Skills and Competencies:
- Written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of compliance of the bank
- Experience in managing key corporate relationships & internal stakeholders
- Ability to communicate & convince to senior management of corporates regarding product benefits & closing the business deals.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer acquisition and execution strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationship with corporate clients to ensure customer retention
