Manager - Corporate/Retail Sales - Insurance (3-7 yrs)
- Business: Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
- Cross sales, up sells and ensuring timely renewal of the clients insurance requirements.
- To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe of all the sales process.
- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products
- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Knowledge of General as well as Life Insurance Products available in the market
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual / corporate clients
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks of the policy
- Coordination with various departments and all related parties to drive closure of business.
- Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
