Manager - Corporate Relationship - Education (7-8 yrs)
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibility:
You will be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with companies with thriving practices in analytics and associated areas.
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Initiate conversations with HR / recruitment departments of major start-ups
- Setup recruitment arrangement for students of Great Learning, spanning experience ranges from 0 to 20 years
- Become a trusted partner for the corporate
- Nurture corporate relationships and leverage them for a stable supply of guest faculty for Great Learning
- Use existing contacts to receive live projects for our students, and
- Serve as Great Learning brand ambassador & work towards enhancing the brand image with every external interaction
Qualification:
- Experience: At least 7 years total experience, with at least 5 in the college kinds of roles. MBA preferable.
- Designation: Deputy General Management, Corporate Relations
- Core competencies:
- Go-getter attitude, take complete ownership of the targets as well as delivery portfolio
- Business acumen - ability to understand variegated capabilities of Great Learning and effectively pitch possibilities to a variety of organizations. Ability to create and deliver customized presentations
- Curious to learn about emerging skill areas
- Effective communication
