Manager - Corporate Fundraising - NGO (3-4 yrs)
Job Description :
Looking out profiles for one of the leading international NGO working on child related issues candidates must have good experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for achieving the fund raising targets - personally initiate tie-ups with HR in assigned area - with special focus on closing deals / donations and achieving set targets through corporate employees.
Responsible for conducting various fundraising initiatives with corporate employees. This involves presentations to be given to employee groups.
Assist Regional Head in generating leads for acquiring new corporate donors, maintain relationships with existing donors and donor servicing.
Co-ordinate internal communications and awareness of organization direction, mission, aims and activities. Circulate EDMs, Messengers, Success stories, Posters to the employees.
Focus on branding and PR and lead talks for cause related marketing initiatives, affiliate marketing and payroll giving with corporates.
Qualification & Experience :
Minimum 3-4 years or experience of corporate sales preferably in Concept/Services sales.
A graduate/post graduate from a good educational institution. MBA is desirable but not mandatory required.
