Manager - Corporate Fundraising/Business Development (4-7 yrs)

The Corporate Fundraising/Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving annual targets by developing and maintaining relationships with Corporates, Trusts, and NGOs in promoting the diversity platform. The primary focus of this role is to secure jobs that reside with these Corporates and Trusts as well as donations in ensuring that the Foundation's involved mission is supported through financial contributions. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing, sales, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for making a difference in underprivileged schools.

Major Duties :
1. Fundraising Target Achievement :
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve yearly fundraising targets by securing donations from Corporates and Trusts.
- Focus on targeting and engaging with at least 300 Corporates, NGOs, and Trusts annually.
- Consistently identify, approach, and secure new Clients for onboarding their jobs as well as for funding sources to diversify the donor base.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with potential and existing donors to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Organize and participate in networking events, presentations, job fairs and meetings to promote the foundation's initiatives.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
