Manager - Corporate Development - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
- Create and implement plans for forming and sustaining high-impact alliances that support organizational goals.
- Find new collaboration prospects and evaluate how well they align with your strategy.
- To promote mutual benefit and long-term cooperation, cultivate and maintain ties with partners.
- Manage communication and serve as the main point of contact for partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or osupprt the acquisition process, from sourcing targets to negotiating deals.
- Conduct due diligence to assess the value, risks, and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
- Manage integration processes post-acquisition.
- Identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and form strategic collaborations to enhance business capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, such as investors, partners, and consultants.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, potential growth areas, and competitive threats.
- Provide recommendations based on insights to guide corporate strategy and positioning.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
