Position - Manager (Corporate Communication)
Job Location - Delhi/NCR
Experience - 6 to 8 years
Qualification - Master's Degree in Mass communications/PGD/MBA (Marketing)with good writing skills.
Job Purpose:
Managing Corporate branding and publicity for the company, including image management of co's leaders, creating content for all purpose of internal and external communication.
Job Description :
ESSENTIAL
- Will be responsible for conveying an organization's internal and external messages.
- Will draft written materials, prepare presentations and communicate with employees.
- Will correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments.
- Will create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity.
- Externally, will communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce new products and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.
- Externally, will represent their organization to stakeholders, interested parties, and the public
- Internally, will ensure that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company.
- Will distribute executive messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information.

1. Vice Chairman & Chairman office for Leadership Branding
2. Coordinating with Marketing/Sales department for product and customer branding
3. Coordinating with HR department for internal employee branding
4. Coordinating with plants for internal communication
5. Interacting with media for corporate image management and Media Management
6. Interacting with all agencies for website upkeep, PR management and creating creative layouts
7. Coordinating with social media agencies( Twitter/FB/ Linked in ) for managing leadership profiles
8. Event management for organizing relevant visibility of the company.
9. Creation of speeches, press releases and media answers representing the organization
DESIRED :
- Will develop print materials and branding strategies for employee use.
- Depending on the organization's size, will direct marketing and public relations staff or provide communications coaching for employees.
- Will serve as the company spokesperson to the media and the general public.
- Will develop and distribute materials that may explain or convey the company's policies or position on issues.
- Other duties may include issuing press releases, arranging interviews, and compiling press kits.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with the external agency to develop ideas and concepts to enhance company's image.
- Shall internally co-ordinate with the marketing team.
PREFERRED :
- Should have strong written and oral abilities. Leadership skills are necessary for directing staff and overseeing projects, must be proficient at working with others.
- Must also develop research and proofreading skills to ensure all materials are high quality and accurate.
- Communications managers need excellent speaking and writing skills
