Manager - Corporate Communication - BFS (3-8 yrs)
General Summary :
The primary responsibility of this position is :
- In association with the company's marketing team define and implement the corporate guidelines with regards to branding and marketing activities.
- Develop and implement the EB/Non-EB communication and marketing strategy for the practice in consultation with the National Product Leaders.
- Assist the Sales and Account Managers in designing corporate specific communication and product marketing campaigns.
- In association with the National EB Consulting leader develop new product/services communication material to enable delivery of timely and high end services to corporate decision makers and employees/members of the policy.
- Inform and educate clients on product, legislative updates by designing communication tools and interface on-line.
- Partner with branch RM's for client policy communication and other consulting mailers
- Utilize various internal MIS and data analytics reports to define opportunities for higher client engagement for company's services
- Plan and conduct regular Industry/Client meets for presenting organizations- capabilities/Market development and to assist grow the portfolio
- Build relationship with vendors and suppliers of marketing and communication services
- Partner with internal stakeholders in various cross functional projects/initiatives for communication and marketing activities
- Build relationship with TPA, Insurance company and other tech service provider representatives
Candidate Profile :
Preferred : MBA-Mktg
- Having 3-8 years of corporate marketing experience in Fin Institutions/TPA/Brokers
- Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound influencing skills with corporate decision makers
- Good networking and relationship building skills and Having knowledge of local corporate market
- Highly competent with MS Office and Windows presentation tools
- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience from Insurance specialization

- Proven leadership skill traits in present job, community, college
- Relationship management skills
Analytical skills :
- Strong communication/presentation skills
