Manager - Corporate Communication - Bank (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities:
1. Ideation, creation, planning and implementation of the rolling content and campaigns on twitter
2. Creating content for new product or service launch by the Bank in tandem with the various marketing teams in the Bank. To strive for maximum reach on digital media platforms.
3. Agency management for social media and online reputation management
4. Maintaining MIS and analytics for twitter, e-PR and also Online Reputation Management
5. Special projects on the social media front.
6. Confirming, evaluating and analysing the budgetary spends of the corporate communications group.
Key requirements:
- Experience of handling social media accounts with Twitter included of a brand in an agency or at another brand
- Analytical bent of mind with Excel skills. This profile would require the person to be at ease with various analytics, not just for social media.
- The Bank's twitter handle operates seven days a week. Planning and overview is required accordingly on weekends as well
- May also be required to look into critical cases for online reputation management on weekends / late evenings some times
- High energy levels required along with diligent working. We also work on various cost effective methods for earned media and do not rely on bought media.
