Manager - Corporate Communication (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure effective dissemination of information across the organization.
- Manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to design and execute organizational development initiatives.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- Coordinate and manage company-wide events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on communication-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to internal communications and employee engagement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, internal communications, or organizational development.
- Experience in a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certification in HR or communication-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar).
