Manager - Corporate Business Development - Education (7-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Cold calling, New business acquisitions, expanding existing relationships, end to end Account Management, operational /execution level coordination, invoicing. relentless efforts towards target chasing and ensuring target nos.
Mandatory Skills :
1 Powerful hunting skills to break ice with hi profile Corporates (2500 Cr) plus turnover calibre.
2 Strong relationship management & business expansion skills for on-boarded Accounts.
3 Aggression and closing skills for open business/ pipeline.
4 Should have sound understanding of large Corporate market & bring in well cultivated relationships with L&D, HR fraternity.
5 Essentially from Education/ Training industry and Corp Training background
6 Should have intensely strong Account Management skills & sound understanding of Key Account Management
7 Preferably L&D background either academically or work wise
8 Discipline and seriousness to work from home kind of environment
Desired Skills :
Good selling skills (Handling funnel end to end), Outstanding relationship management skills, Assertive, Aggressive, Fluent / flawless English speaking/ writing skills, excellent presentation skills, adept / expert at scheduling meetings/prezs and cold calling. Has to be from the B2B background in Training & Good selling skills (Handling funnel end toend)
