Manager - Copywriter
- As a Copywriter, you'll create innovative and effective digital content for Phonepe and email marketing. . You'll need to stay up-to-date on emerging trends and innovations in digital marketing/ecommerce, and of course, ensure the accuracy of your copy.
- Copywriters to understand project expectations, produce content with the needs of the client or employer in mind, participate in the brainstorming process, conduct research to develop or support writing.
- The person will be responsible for writing copy for all communication going out through owned platform channels, social and digital marketing
Responsibilities :
- Writing content for all customer communication within the brand and channel guidelines.
- Engaging copy writing for recurring communications under each running program on social media, digital marketing, and internal channels like email, push notifications, blog (wordpress), SMS etc.
- Creative copy writing for topical communications, connecting them to customer use cases.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and quickly turn around on feedback received.
Requirements :
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must
- Creative bent of mind, ability to connect current affairs/trending topics to customer use cases is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision. Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Must be agile enough to work on tight timelines and quick turn around.
