Manager - Coporate Sales - Coporate Trainings (3-10 yrs)
As an Enterprise Sales Manager (Corporate Training) based in Mumbai, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on introducing IIDEs comprehensive Digital Marketing training modules to meet the specific upskilling needs of various industries. You will be responsible for lead generation, sales conversions, and client collaboration to design customised training solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Management : Identify and engage with decision-makers in corporate organizations to promote IIDE's digital marketing training programs. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to position IIDE as the preferred training partner.
Custom Solution Development : Collaborate with internal teams, including the Faculty team, to design tailored training programs that align with client needs, offering modular or full-course options.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement : Develop and implement strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, focusing on new business opportunities and enhancing existing client partnerships.
Market Analysis & Reporting : Conduct research to stay informed about corporate training needs and trends, providing regular reports on sales activities, client engagement, and market insights.
Travel : Willingness to travel within and outside Mumbai for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to drive business growth.
Requirements :
Must-Have :
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
- A proven track record of successful corporate sales and the ability to travel frequently for client engagements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present the value of digital marketing training.
Should-Have :
- Knowledge of corporate training needs, particularly in digital marketing or upskilling programs.
- Experience in managing client relationships and familiarity with CRM tools to track sales activities.
Nice-to-Have :
- Previous experience in the EdTech industry or a background in corporate training services.
- An established professional network within the corporate sector that can facilitate business development efforts.
