Job Description: Content Sales - EdTech Solutions (K12 Segment)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our content sales efforts within the K12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech solutions, digital content, and a proven track record in sales targeting K12 schools. This role requires a dynamic individual who can drive business growth by establishing strong relationships with schools and offering them innovative EdTech solutions. Knowledge of Digital content, LMS, and personalized learning systems is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the K12 education sector.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and demonstrate digital content solutions, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and personalized learning systems to key decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of solutions in K12 schools.
- Engage with schools to ensure they maximize the value from digital content and learning systems.
3. Market Research and Feedback:
- Collect and share feedback from clients to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present them to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 to 8+ years in sales, specifically in EdTech solutions targeting K12 schools.
- Willingness to Travel: Open to extensive travel across India.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with digital content, LMS, and personalized learning systems is highly preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Sales experience in EdTech, especially with digital solutions aimed at K12 institutions.
- Familiarity with digital content, Learning Management Systems, and personalized learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
