Roles and responsibilities :
- Research and Analyze competition to build digital content strategies across all online platforms
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to lead generation and brand promotion
- Propose and manage a content marketing budget along with content marketing plan focussing on editorial calendar, style guide, content performance etc.
- Build and manage a team of writers who will review content generated by multiple community members
- Implementing SEO best practices
- Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
- Provide training to sales team as and when required for generating and disseminating content to communities
Requirements :
- Overall 3-5 years of experience in leading content marketing team at service oriented startups (edtech industry preferred but not mandatory); Start up experience is mandatory
- Should have demonstrable experience in scaling organic visitors to websites
- Experience with online community building and management
- Should have proven experience in building video content, blogs and other social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and team management skills with proficiency in social media analytic tools
