Purpose of the Job :
- To build internal content repository for all levels of IB supporting sales execution
- To bring about learning agility with timely content creation & dissemination
- To build content in line with the business strategy & requirement
- To ensure learning interventions are leading to defined business outcomes
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
- Designing channel level interventions basis analysis of performance gaps and aligning them with learning objectives
- Designing the learning architecture basis needs and alignment with overall business strategies
- Responsible for regular intervention on internal Learning Management System - Planning, Designing & Branding
- Creation of byte size content for easier adoption
- Liaison with various teams for content creation & approvals
- Deliver the defined monthly target of storyboards post finalization by the stakeholders
- Role requires high stakeholder management and decision making at leadership levels
Major Challenges :
- Version control adaptation of content with regulatory changes
- Timely project completion in diverse sales environment
- Execution team's readiness on understanding of program objective, content, Faculty & Learner Guides
- Error variance not >5% on storyboarding
Decision level :
- Prime : Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management
- Shared : Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis
- Contributory : Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by others
