Manager - Content/Inbound Marketing - IT (5-10 yrs)
i95Dev (Jiva Infotech) is a leading provider of integrated e-commerce solution, powered by Magento, to retailers, distributors and manufacturers. The company was established in 2000 and has presence across North America, Australia and India. i95Dev is one of the leading systems integrators for Magento in supporting complex integrations with various ERPs, POS, CRM, Accounting, Mobile and Social Applications and a world leader in Magento and Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration.
We are looking for a self-motivated, data-driven marketer who has a demonstrated track record of marketing technology oriented products, to own the majority of the company's inbound lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for lead generation (attracting site traffic and converting that traffic into leads) for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, webinars, infographics, videos, etc.).
- Drive brand and content visibility (generate traffic to the site) through SEO, paid promotion, newsletters, campaigns, and social media promotion.
- Establish thought leadership by participating in events, guest blogging, hosting webinars, participating in forums, and more.
- Generate leads by converting site traffic through landing pages (website), calls-to-action, and lead generation content (including offers).
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Build a repository of marketing collateral (including brochures, sales presentations, case studies, roi calculators, comparison documents, etc.) to assist sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Collaborate regularly with sales team to project lead volume and close rates and manage lead quality on an ongoing basis.
- Pull data and reports from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and CRM to analyze digital program metrics and improve results.
- Participate in planning and execute initiatives to meet monthly goals and KPI's. Analyze and monitor results and capitalize on market opportunities as they evolve.
Requirements :
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in inbound marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software
- Strong analytics acumen (Advanced Excel, vlookups, pivot tables and other data manipulation skills required)
- Proven problem solver
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to set and manage multiple priorities
