Job Title Manager- Content Development (HO Training Team)
Level - Manager
Channel - Distribution Training- Agency
Objective : Is responsible for managing all the key activities related to content development, e learning and managing the support activities to field based out of Head Office.
Key accountability :
- Responsible to identify need and develop the training content to all the distribution channels.
- Manage the support activities to field training like trainer development, sales and trainer tests, and content cascade.
- Manage online learning and evaluation platform( e learning)
- Active involvement with distribution stakeholders and other functions to develop and deliver the training content and materials on time to the field.
- Active involvement with the Training team members to identify the support required and address the same.
- Publish sales tools and relevant market intelligence to distribution teams
- Adhere to content quality measures as defined
Key customers / stakeholders :
- Training team
- Distribution teams
- HO distribution team
- Training MIS and Admn.
- Distribution support teams
- Compliance, Marketing, Products and Channel Development.
- Digital vendors
Reporting Manager Training Head- Proprietary channels
Qualification Graduation (MBA is preferred)
Experience
- 6+ years.
- At least 3-4 years of insurance training experience.
- Earlier experience in developing training content will be an added advantage.
- Instructional design certification will be preferred
- Should have good domain knowledge with respect to insurance/financial sector.
- E learning /automation experience preferred
