Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of all forms of content - Assessment, Learning, and Development Planning.
- Formulate and execute a content development strategy for the organization based on market requirements.
- Develop content in coordination with subject matter experts, internal and external consultants, leadership team etc.
- Lead content design including course outline, storyboarding, script development etc.
Basic Criteria :
- 6-10 years of experience in corporate or as consultant organizations
- Previous workaround learning & development, content development, project management and client engagement
- Master's Degree/ Diploma in HR, Training & Development, Instructional Design, Psychology,
- Organizational Behavior, Social Work
