Manager - Content & Communications - Internet/Online (1-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
Create original and unique content that is share worthy and SEO friendly and communicates key
- Messages through blog, and other social media handles. Task include coordinating with design team and other agencies to formulate correct artwork for the content Respond to users on social media, Liaison with clients to leverage social operations.
- Coordinating Marketing Campaigns across multiple platforms - Social handles, Website,
- External partners and in various internal teams Measuring Online Reputation and ensuring negative feedback is escalated and resolved
- Proactively develop themes to build awareness and consideration towards the company's brand/offerings as well to engage with the community; and deploy these across multiple channels. Build and develop strong media relationships. Develop media relationships, especially for the tech, startup and business media and journalists Ability to get backlinks from PR stories to the website and the Playstore through paid as well as organic means Participate in industry and exclusive stories across Print, Digital and other electronic mediums for establishing a strong brand presence and driving a thought leadership in the space Develop and execute corporate communication plan for the brand
- Represent the brand in the region, at events, seminars and amidst partners-
Skills & Experience Required :
B.A. degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, journalism or Public Relations required or equivalent experience. Experience in content development, campaign development or as a marketing generalist.
- Minimum 2 years of online editorial/content strategy experience for the web.
- Excellent communication skills :
Desired Experience - 2+ years (Not Mandatory)
