Job Description Key Responsibilities Key Activities :
Collaboration & Effectiveness : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to craft the integrated marketing communication strategy for key content launches on ZEE5 Premium in India and global markets.
- Briefing creative/agency partners on the campaign and communication plan for each Content launch and partnering with them to scale the campaign impact as per execution plan.
- Work closely with leadership and executive stakeholders- to drive consensus for timely closures to ensure campaign development, execution and launch performance.
Creative Communications Development : Conceptualize and define the target audience cohorts, consumer/cultural/ competitive context, unique selling points, viewer's value proposition and communication pitch for each content launch and articulate them into the briefs for creative/agency partners.
- Convert understanding of OTT consumer insights, cohorts and taste clusters into actionable for communication development.
- Lead the development of the Content Brand Toolkit and integrated communications strategies in conjunction with the cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of the Marketing efforts in achieving business goals and brand health KPIs with every launch.
- Utilize learnings and data from past campaigns, consumer insights, research and tech tools to continually sharpen the effectiveness and performance of the Creative/Publicity Design and Visual Promotions of ongoing and forthcoming campaigns.
Execution Excellence : Prepare project networks, timelines and briefs based on data insights mined through primary or secondary research to drive business objectives like increase in platform loyalty and Subscription conversions.
- Use agility, proactiveness and accountability in delivering the toolkit for timely execution of launch campaigns.
Budget Management : Manage Project budgets and expenses for content brand toolkit development activities in an organized manner with accuracy.
- Ensure finance processes are followed and accurate project expenses are reported in the system, on time.
- Key Interfaces Original Content Programming & Planning team, Consumer Strategy, Insights & Data Sciences teams, Brand Identity, Platform Marketing (SVOD/AVOD), Social, Performance, CLM, SEO, PR, Inhouse (OAP) & External Creative/Design agencies and freelancers for Visual Promotions & Publicity Design, Production Houses, Talent Partners/Managers, Content Creators/ Studios/ Freelancers, Digital/ Media planning & buying agencies and consultants, UI/UX/Product/Tech, Finance, Legal, Commercial & Audit teams.
- Skills Strong written & verbal communication, Creative Intuition, Meticulous Planning & Execution, Solution - orientedness, Strategic bent of mind, and ability to deep dive into customer data and draw actionable insights. Passion for OTT Content and Consumer Marketing, Ability to manage key stakeholders, drive consensus and nurturing collaborative relationships with agency partners are must-haves. Bookworms, Cinephiles, Visual Artists and Binge-watchers will have a clear advantage.
Competencies required as per framework :
- Ideal Experience Profile 4-7 years of experience of designing & executing marketing campaigns preferably with exposure to digital-forward, data and insights-driven marketing innovations. Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer marketing, digital, media/entertainment/OTT, Creative or Advertising industry is a big plus.
