- 8 years of experience in service and at least 4-5 years of experience in Communication / Content management
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- E-Commerce, Digital Companies Banks, Telecom, Insurance, NBFC, Hospitality Industry

- Analytical and multi-tasking skills Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
- Ability to explore content for omni-channel programs -- written, digital content, video, infographics, social media, print
