Manager - College Sales/Institutional Sales (5-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Interactions with colleges & Brand Buildings
- Promoting online / Class room trainings for all modules offered at cranes to colleges
- Creting strategies for new market penetration
- Interact closely with Hod,TPO's,Principal's,Deans & generate leads
- Brefing about Cranes Varsity's training offering,
- Conduct an awarenss program at Colleges. Understanding their requirments & training needs
Lead Generation :
- Converting leads for all courses ( professional diploma courses both online + CBT )
- Understand an effective prospect and create ways to generate a lead.
- Finding decisive people and take it to final discussion/ closing.
- Lead Closure - Optimizing sales- from lead to closure
- Identify what information a prospect wants so we know what to provide them before they even ask for it
- Nurture database until they become sales qualified leads
- Generate Enquiries through emailers to existing database, college visits - meetings with all dept HOD's, TPO's management
- Meeting customer before finalising the order, finalise training dates
- Planning of workshops/ technical/online trainings at colleges
- Responsible for the efficient arrangements of technology, support, and training resources for college programs.
- Team Building - Guiding & grooming team mates
- Developing sales strategies for revenue growth
