Job Description:
- Handling team of Sales Manager
- Responsible for achieving and monitoring sales targets for respective area (Demat & Trading account, PMS, Life insurance, Mutual fund) etc. through team from open market
- Helping and guiding team for lead generation through various activities
- Motivating team for generating business through various channels
- Monitoring LMS Entry & Updation
- Visiting and closing sales calls of HNIs, Margin & Brokerage as and when required
- Monitoring KYC & clearing objection clearance
- Tracking appointments & pipeline leads of the Team

- Train & Develop team members to achieve targets
- Understanding of Geography and locations for Business Mapping
