Manager - Clinical Sales (4-12 yrs)
Mandatory : IVD - product experience & Haemotology
- Cold Calls/qualified calls to generate leads, calls are referred as offline/Online both, meet required no of clients regularly to build up sales pipeline for assigned target achievement in territory.
- Present product presentation and align demonstrations.
- Pre-sale demonstrations to customers on device
- Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and explaining clinical relevance of the product.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts, maintain pipeline and present weekly to superior and monthly to management.
- Work with superiors and team to develop strategies and implement the same to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and work on the same with prior approval from the reporting manager.
- Post sales customer relation management.
- Ensure that the device is used in prescribed format for maximum benefits at customer sites.
- Should be able to represent organisations in conferences and seminars.
- Should notify internal stakeholders and work with them to resolve customer issues.
- Should be willing to travel 60%-70% in a job.
- End to End responsibility from Sales-Delivery-Payment collection
- Customer Satisfaction as user afterwards.
