Manager - Clinical Sales (3-6 yrs)
- Cold Calls /qualified calls to generate leads, calls are referred as offline/Online both, meet required no of clients regularly to build up sales pipeline for assigned target achievement in territory.
- Present product presentation and align demonstrations.
- Pre-sale demonstrations to customers on device
- Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and explaining clinical relevance of the product.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts, maintain pipeline and present weekly to superior and monthly to management.
- Work with superiors and team to develop strategies and implement same to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and work on same with prior approval from reporting manager.
- Post sales customer relation management.
- Ensure that the device is used in prescribed format for maximum benefits at customer site.
- Should be able to represent organisation in conference and seminars.
- Should notify internal stakeholders and work with them to resolve customer issues.
- Should be willing to travel 60%-70% in job.
- End to End responsibility from Sales-Delivery-Payment collection -Customer Satisfaction as user afterwards.
What you'll need :
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals / Lab Technology (DMLT) /Science or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a medical sales representative or similar role.
- Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and networking skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to travel frequently and effectively to work within budget.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
