Manager - Client Success (6-15 yrs)
Client Success Manager
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with clients, addressing inquiries, providing financial updates, request appropriate data and ensuring client satisfaction.
2. Compliance and Regulation : Ensure completion of compliance with InterLoBs.
3. Financial Analysis of GBS : Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, make prospective revenue calculations. Circulate proposals with clients and negotiate if needed.
4. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes with clients to get streamlined data every month.
5. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives, and providing financial guidance and support as needed.(Connect with different teams if needed)
Qualifications :
1. Education : Advanced degree (e.g., CA, MBA in finance) may be preferred.
2. Experience : Several years of experience in financial management, accounting, with demonstrated experience in client-facing positions preferred.
3. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
