Roles & Responsibility
Primary
- Managing & monitoring client accounts
- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients.
- Day to day planning & management of clients, receiving creative changes from clients, relaying those changes to creative staff & ensuring timely execution of all tasks, encompassing areas such as Branding, Social Media Management, Website Design & Development etc
- Answer and manage all client calls. Do follow up communications
- Ensure that enquiries, orders & messages are answered and followed up.
- Preparation of quotes, performa invoice & order acceptance
Secondary
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- To be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
- Lead generation identifying targets, coordinating meetings, doing the meetings and identifying interest
- Networking Create, maintain and build upon relationships with prospects, existing clients and other sources of business
- Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
- Up-selling and increasing retention revenues from existing clients
Key Competencies / Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to accept responsibility and clear all tasks at hand
- Ability to manage a team and or work with others as a team.
- Good computer knowledge.
