Manager - Client Servicing/Service Relationship/Client Onboarding - BFS (2-10 yrs)
Role in brief :
- The Service Relationship Manager (SRM) is the ambassador for Centrum and the incumbent would be the first point of contact for any customer.
- Right from onboarding to managing the client transactions, is to be taken care of by the Service Manager.
Key Responsibility Areas (indicative) :
- Manage client onboarding for Wealth clients
- Processing of transactions for clients - financial and non-financial
- Basic & working knowledge of financial products, for example, Mutual funds/PMS/Structured products, etc
- Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders to manage customer requirements
- Resolve customer queries with timelines
