Manager - Client Servicing - IT (6-12 yrs)
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing Stakeholder relations & escalations (Clients, Virtual Assistants)
- Up selling services to existing clients
- Subscription renewals for your set of clients
- Timely Payment collection from your set of clients, ensuring cashflows
- Collecting timely feedback from clients & providing feedback to their virtual assistants
- Referrals from existing clients through continuous relationship building & farming
