Role in brief :
The Service Relationship Manager (SRM) would be the first point of contact for any customer. Right from on-boarding to managing the client transactions, is to be taken care by the Service Manager.
Key Responsibility :
- Manage client on boarding for Wealth and Broking clients
- Processing of transactions for clients - financial and non-financial
- Basic & working knowledge of financial products example Mutual funds/PMS/Structured products etc
- Co-ordinate with internal & external stakeholders to manage customer
Requirements :
Resolve customer queries with timelines
