Manager - Client Servicing - Digital Marketing Projects (2-6 yrs)
Expectations
Your priority will be to work with our clients on digital marketing projects and liaise with internal stakeholders, ensuring projects/campaigns are delivered on time and to client expectations. You will:
- Lead the delivery of each project, from inception to completion, and liaise with design, development, SEO, SEM, Social media, content, and accounts teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards
- Support the internal Project Manager in assigning design and development tasks for each project
- Be a key point of contact between the client and the internal production team once the project is signed off
- Liaise with clients on proposals, project deliveries and post campaign analyses
- Create and own periodic dashboards/reports for internal and client reporting.
- Implementation of global delivery processes /Tools towards governance and delivery operations.
Requirements
- Work experience in digital marketing in general; SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing in particular
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, or related technical degree is preferred
- In-depth knowledge of technologies used to build enterprise web applications such as SQL, Java, J2EE, PHP, wordpress, .NET, Spring, Struts, HTML5, Javascript, and/or CSS
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Design and general file formats (e.g. PNG/PSD)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
- Exposure to project management tools and processes (e.g. basecamp, yammer)
- Attention to detail
- Analytical thinking - be able to examine campaign performance data and draw conclusions that will assist in future business development decisions
- Proven ability to manage the requirements gathering process and deliver polished documentation, and defining customer solutions that work
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Understanding of media and/or digital workflows
