Job Description :

As a Client Services Manager at Freeflow, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital/social media efforts and ensuring clients experience a measurable change. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven professional with a keen eye for detail, the ability to see the big picture and a proven track record of managing social media and digital mandates for clients. Thorough understanding of communication, branding and advertising dynamics in communication is essential. This role requires good communication skills, project management expertise, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Relationship Management :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.

- Understand client goals and objectives and work to exceed their expectations.

Project Management :

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign delivery on time and within budget.

- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Strategy Development :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored strategies and solutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in client campaigns.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

- Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Client Education :

- Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and the value of our services.

- Offer guidance on optimizing their online presence and achieving their marketing objectives.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (6+ years) in managing digital marketing and social media mandates for clients.

- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding client goals.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

- A keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to see the big picture.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
