Manager - Client Servicing - Corporate Sales - Financial Institution Group (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Corporate Client Servicing role. B2B model.
2. Candidate will be managing existing clients of Financial Institution Group who are mainly NBFCs, HFCs, MFI, SFB- s, Co-op Banks etc.
3. Candidate will not be handling any end customers.
4. Completely managing vendors who are empaneled with KLI. Making sure the invoices are prepared correctly and co coordinating with accounts team for payments.
5. Building up the strong relationship with the middle & senior management of clients by meeting them personally and frequently.
6. Addressing & solving their queries in a productive manner by coordinating with Operations, Claims team and other departments Mumbai.
7. Maintaining relevant trackers on business volume, projections, product details which can change from time to time.
8. Initiate & support the IT integration of client's system with KLI system.
9. Ensuring the services or other requirements are delivered on the TAT by coordinating with the internal teams.
10. Ensuring growth in business volume month on month and working closely with the key persons of the client and get more business share and additional business lines.
Job Requirements :
- Education : Graduation degree mandatory
- BA Candidates are not eligible
- Candidate must have cleared SSC, HSC & Graduation with more than 60%
- Experience : 3 years to 5 years of experience as Sales / Business Development mandatory
- Candidates with Experience into Client Servicing / Sales, BD from nonbasic sector
- Experience in Telecom / ISP preferred

1. Knowledge of Exceldrafting business mails is essential.
2. Very good Oral & written communication skill in English is essential.
3. Critical thinking abilityneed to find solutions quickly for critical issues.
4. Good Logical reasoning ability.
5. Quick learner & need to be ready to learn new things and keep updating knowledge about products & process and the financial industry as a whole.
