Manager - Client Servicing & Business Development (3-5 yrs)
- We are searching for a professional and courteous Client servicing & Business Development Manager with great people skills to help our business prioritize customers and bring new clients on board.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
- Managing long-term client relationships to continue to identify new business opportunities
- Creating and working on developing client strategy
- Work closely with the creative team to launch and optimize campaigns
- Understand client briefs and manage through to completion
- Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
- Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
- Assess and nurture new business collaboration with a strong revenue target in mind
- Develop new business strategy and build a pipeline with recommended marketing activities ensuring business goals
- Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams.
- Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal.
- Work with Performance and Strategy teams to identify new opportunities within existing client business or contacts. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.
Experience :
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
- Proven extensive delivery of complex digital activity (campaigns, content, web and mobile experiences) and marketing communications to clients.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer/clients- needs
- 3-5 year's digital industry experience and startup experience are preferred.
- Proven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients.
- Advertising Agency Background Mandatory
