The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Managing multiple client accounts.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key.
- Performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
- This job comes with challenges. So prepare to overcome and manage them.
- Attend & cover events when necessary. They are a LOT OF FUN. We promise.
- Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects.
- Keeping abreast with new trends in the mainline and digital industry.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- 3+ years of experience in the similar field
- From a mainline and/or digital agency background
- Exceptional with ideation
- Preferably from one of the top agencies in India
- Must have worked with big reputed clients
- Professional-level proficiency in English.
- Basic Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing. We know you know, but we wanna make sure.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail is great, and ongoing commitment to achieving high-quality results even better.
- Minimum graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent.
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM will add magical brownie points.
