Manager - Client Servicing - Advertising Agency (4-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsibility for developing and managing client relationships across levels
- Creating and working on developing client strategy
- Work closely with the creative and production team to launch and optimize campaigns
- Produce and present proposals to client
- Take client briefs and manage through to completion
- Brief and manage suppliers
- Prepare cost estimates and ensure on time billing and payments
- Track competition and maintain records of the activity and communication
- Provide inputs for new business pitches
Qualification Required : Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience Required : 4 - 6 Years of account management experience in an advertising agency
Skills/Competencies Required :
- Strong communication and presentation skills - verbal and written
- Ability to produce strategically sound & persuasive presentations
- Excellent customer service and social skills, able to liaise with clients, suppliers and colleagues at all level
- Fantastic attention to detail
- Confidence and enthusiasm to present to clients
- People management skills.
- Manage team/teams
- A can do attitude with the determination to over deliver and succeed in everything you do
